If You Are a Story to be Told - Don't let me figure it out - Let it be known

Social media is a platform for people to post pictures and videos of what they have done, what they are doing, or hope to do. What I find interesting is many of them are not really telling the truth in their story. I've posted several blogs about being authentic and being true to who you really are. question for you, When you do not feel like telling your story, will I still be able to open your book and know what your story is?

It is no secret to my readers what my story is. a church girl, a teenage mother, married three times, bulimic survivor, singer, former body builder, educator, motivational speaker, life coach, child of God, woman of faith, one who smiles everyday, shows up everyday and succeeds everyday. This is my story. -  I teach people how to be fit through health and fitness and how to develop a deeper spiritual relationship with God in order to Find Peace Within. There is no trying to figure out what my story is - I live it every day.

I'm not saying there aren't days when I am not feeling 100%. Just this past week, my co-workers kept asking me if I was okay. They all thought I would be on cloud 9 after the release of our CD and music video, but what they didn't know was I had a very, very bad sinus headache and smiling or even laughing made it hurt even more. One even told me to be 'PLEASE BE LOUD - PLEASE".!!!!YOU KNOW WHY - Because at the job, .I make others smile and laugh, Sometimes they have to tell me to bring it down because I bring so much joy and laughter in the office... now she want me to be loud!!!... WHY? -  because I was feeling bad - the story that I tell everyday, did not show up  - now this did not change my story- it just let me know that people look forward to listening  to and or reading my story everyday.

What is your story? Do people have to figure it out, or are you making it known even when you're not talking?

This weeks lesson: Even when you don't feel like telling your story, someone is always reading your book. Just make sure the message in the book is the same message you're giving outside of the book.

Be Blessed
