Don't Play With Me! - "When Soul and Destiny Meets"

Lisa 6:3 - "Don't Play With Me!" 2 Kings 4:8,14-17. The Shunamite Woman. Sometimes we look at a situation and say there is no way what you're saying is going to happen. ---- sooo we don't even put forth the effort to try. But how will you ever know it can happen if you don't try? The Shunamite woman was told by the Prophet Elisha, she would conceive a son by HER HUSBAND who was OLD. She said, "Don't Play With Me"... do you not see I'm married to an old man!" Yes, Elisha saw that, but Elisha also knew what God said.

The Shunamite Woman had enough faith in the word of God and in the man of God, she opened herself to her husband and conceived. This is God's strength for you today. Yes, the promise came years ago, but are you willing to open yourself up to the person who has the seed and conceived the promises God has for you? You're never too old to conceive and bring forth the promises from God. This has been Lisa with Lisa 6:3, you go make it a great day and I will see you in the morning. Be Blessed.

The Lord Remembers You in the Time of Famine - When Soul and Restoration Meets

Lisa 6:3 - God Remembers You in the Time of Famine - When Soul and Restoration Meets- The Shunamite Woman's Recovery!

Good morning, Good morning, Good morning, Lisa here. This is Lisa 6:3 and this is God's strength for you this day.

Our scripture reading is coming from 2 Kings 8: 5-6. "Just as Gehazi was telling the king how Elisha had restored the dead to life, the woman whose son Elisha had brought back to life came to appeal to the king for her house and land. Gehazi said, “This is the woman, my lord the king, and this is her son whom Elisha restored to life.” The king asked the woman about it, and she told him. Then he assigned an official to her case and said to him, “Give back everything that belonged to her, including all the income from her land from the day she left the country until now.”

Yesterday I introduced you to the Shunamite woman who believed the Prophet Elisha and trusted God, believing she and her husband would have a son. And, yes, she did have a son, AND, that son's life was restored by the hands of the prophet Elisha.

Today I want to talk about her a little more. There was a famine in the land, in which Elisha remembered the Shunamite woman, her husband and her son. Elisha called for her and told her to take her family and leave the land because the famine would last seven years. Because of her faith in the man of God, she did as he said.

After the seven year famine ended, Gehazi, Elisha's servant, saw her and remembered she was the woman whom Elisha prophesied to and raised her son from the dead. And because of what the prophet did for her the king assigned a special council to hear her case. After her case was reviewed, the king ordered them to give back everything that belonged to her INCLUDING all the income she would have made from her land from the past seven years.

Can you imagine God restoring everything you lost from the past seven years or even from the last year during this COVID-19 Pandemic? Wow. What a blessing that would be.

Just like the Shunamite Woman, we too can be restored because of the words that were spoken over our lives. Sometimes, it's the help who reminds the ones in power about your character. We cannot go about this life alone. God assigns special council to your case and everything you think has been taken away from you can and will be restored. It may take seven years or it may take longer, but when you're found faithful, obedient, and adhering to the words of the prophet, your blessings will find you.

This is God's strength for you today, just like it says in 2 Chronicles 20:20 “Listen to me, Judah and people of Jerusalem! Have faith in the Lord your God and you will be upheld; have faith in his prophets and you will be successful.”

God is still speaking the same word, Have faith in the word of God, and His prophets. Special council will be assigned to your case and you will be blessed beyond measure.

That's some good word. Share it with a friend who may feel like all is lost. Remind them of the word from the prophets... have faith and be restored. This has been Lisa with Lisa 6:3, you go make it a wonderful day and I will see you in the morning. Be Blessed #womanpower #meditation #blessings
