However, Mercy Found Me- When Soul and Mercy Meets

 Lisa 6:3- "...However...Mercy Found Me!" I Tim. 15-16

Good morning, good morning, good morning, Lisa here. This is Lisa 6:3 and here is God's strength for you this day. Our scripture reading is coming from I Tim. 1:15-16 "Here is a trustworthy saying that deserves full acceptance: Christ Jesus came into the world to save sinners—of whom I am the chief. 16 But for that very reason I was shown mercy so that in me, the worst of sinners, Christ Jesus might display his immense mercy as an example for those who would believe in him and receive eternal life."

Paul speaks of himself as the chief sinner in this verse. Can you imagine calling yourself the chief "the head" of sin? Wow, what a way to view yourself. But Paul did just that. He didn't forget about the man he once was. An accuser of the brethren, a Christian murderer ...However, Christ's mercy found him in his state of sin and offered mercy to him and he accepted.

I know most Saints want to act and or believe they were never the Chief sinner, but we are all sinners, saved by grace. Everyday we make a conscious decision not to be the chief and submit our will to The Lord. Are we still saved? Yes, we are...HOWEVER, we take on the sufferings of Christ in order to show the world the mercy's of God. Jesus was tempted on every side...HOWEVER, He took on sin for us so we can live.

Today's strength, let your HOWEVER, be the cause to suffer for Christ so He can reign in your life for all the world to see. No, suffering isn't easy, but to be like Christ, we take on the cares of Christ. When you suffer, you gain eternal life. Accept Christ today for your HOWEVER.

This has been Lisa with Lisa 6:3, you share the word of God with someone today who perhaps doesn't understand their HOWEVER. Now, you go make it a wonderful day and I will see you in the morning. Be Blessed. #blessings #diedaily #salvation #peace
